IN-STORE VS. ON-LINE PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
While we carry our entire line of bath and body products and accessories in our store, only our top selling products are available for purchase on-line. However, if you want to order a product that is not featured on our website, feel free to contact us during business hours to place a phone order at 773.930.4420, or email us with your request.


SHIPPING
All packages are shipped according to weight. Our carriers are FedEx and USPS. Outside of the continental US, shipping costs are determined by weight. Orders are usually dispatched within 2 business days of payment. If for any reason your shipment will be delayed you will be informed by email. Shipping confirmations and package tracking information will be provided via email once items have been dispatched.


SUBSTITUTION POLICY
We are always working away in our on-site studio to keep our inventory fresh and ready for our customers. However, since our products are handcrafted and can take 4-6 weeks to create, cure and package, on rare occasions there may be a brief waiting period before your order can be fulfilled. In these cases, you will be notified immediately and offered comparable products or the option to have your chosen product shipped to you immediately once it becomes available.


RETURN POLICY
Due to the organic nature of our products, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. If for any reason you are unhappy with your order please contact us and we will do our best to provide a fair remedy. You may address any concerns to info@distinctbath.com.


CARING FOR YOUR DISTINCT PRODUCTS
As our products are all natural and made preservative-free, storing in sealed containers and housing in a dark, cool, dry place until you are ready to use is optimal. We also advise that our products are used within 6 months of purchase.
