This Sunday evening group class is designed for groups of (6).
Invite your friends and/or family members to enjoy a beginning soap making class together!
In this intro group class, Sam, Distinct Founder & Chief Soap Artisan shares his passion for the craft of soap making with students, creating an atmosphere that is interactive, informative and most of all fun!
This 1.5 hour class is for beginners with little or no experience with the craft of soap making. What you can expect:
-Class will begin with a brief intro to natural soap making practices, ingredients, and equipment used in the process.
-Class will then break into groups, each creating 1 batch of natural soap, using a preselected recipe.
-Each participant will get hands on experience and learn how a soap recipe is developed and created.
-(1) free bar of soap of their choice from the shop
-10% off in store purchases for the date of the class
Note: We will be working with oils and other chemicals that will require goggles for those without glasses. Please try not to wear any loose or hanging clothes/jewelry.
